Zoning, Public Works and Miscellaneous Permits
Fence Permit Applications can be submitted online via Baseline.
- Navigate to Baseline and fill in the needed information. Fence Permits are located under Zoning Permits
- Permits are required for all fences, except temporary fences.
- For more information, the City of Osseo's Fencing Ordinance is available for review.

Shed or Accessory Unit Permit Applications can be submitted via Baseline.
- Navigate to Baseline and fill in the needed information. Accessory Unit Permits are located under Zoning Permits
- Permits are required for all Accessory Units
Right of Way Permit (ROW) Applications can be submitted online via Baseline.
- Navigate to Baseline and fill in the address and applicant information. ROW permits are located under Public Works Permits
- ROW permits must be obtained before a person may obstruct, excavate, or perform overhead utility work in the right-of-way

Sign Permit Applications can be submitted online via Baseline.
